The use of the brand and trademark is prohibited without prior permission from Amman Vision Transport. Vision city bus website and Vision city bus app were designed and created with the appropriate measures to protect your privacy and information. Vision city bus does not distribute or sell your information to third parties. For the optimum user experience, you have to register on Vision city bus website and Vision city bus app to be able to charge your card online. Vision city bus urges you to protect your username and password and never share your information with anyone, Please note that Vision city bus is not liable for any misuse of your account information resulting from your own actions. It is essential to exercise caution and protect your account details to ensure their security. In the unfortunate event of any suspicious transaction, please inform the Vision city bus team immediately to take appropriate action. Vision city bus reserves the complete right to suspend or cancel any user's registration if they violate the terms and conditions of the Vision city bus website and app or cause harm to the Vision city bus team members.

Payment by credit cards (Visa and MasterCard)

Now you can charge your Vision city bus card online using a credit card – Visa and MasterCard. Both local and international credit cards are accepted. All charging transactions that occur on Vision city bus website and app by credit cards are provided by a third-party provider that is accredited in Jordan and internationally. All transactions on Vision city bus website and app are highly secured and encrypted using a 3D secure authentication protocol. All transactions are processed in Jordanian Dinar. Credit cards issued in other currencies will be subject to currency exchange fees from the issuing bank. Vision city bus is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by the issuing bank for currency exchange rates or fees. Selling Vision city bus cards is prohibited except for authorized dealers. Purchasing Vision city bus card credit through the Vision city bus website and app with the intention of reselling the cards to other users is strictly prohibited.

Refund and return

Please note that once a transaction on the Vision city bus website or app is completed, Vision city bus will not entertain any requests for refunds or credit returns. In cases where your Vision city bus card is lost or stolen, the credit on the card can be transferred to a new card. Furthermore, if the expiration date on your Vision city bus card has been reached, the credit on the card can also be transferred to a new card. Again, this transfer can't be carried out for registered users on the Vision city bus website and app, and the user is required to purchase a new card.
