Exemption Bus Card Application

Documents required to obtain the exempt card:

A valid civil status ID.
A recent personal photo.
Submit a recent bill, such as an electricity, water, or internet bill that is no more than three months old.
In order for people with mobility or visual disabilities to be exempt, they must submit medical reports explaining the nature of the disability or a card from the Supreme Center for the Blind, provided that these reports are issued by the Ministry of Health or the Royal Medical Services such as Al-Hussein Medical City or the Supreme Center for the Blind, noting that the exemption includes categories Who uses a wheelchair, lower limb prosthetics, amputated lower limbs, or who suffers from polio. Accordingly, the nature of the disability and the condition must be mentioned in the medical report.

The applicant will be contacted to receive the card once it is issued, provided that the receipt is made from the Amman Vision Transport Company office at the express bus station in Sweileh.
The card is issued to all citizens over the age of 65 years.
The card is issued free of charge for the first time only, and is renewed for 5 dinars upon expiration. In the event of its loss, a new card is issued at a cost of 5 dinars as a replacement for the loss.
The use of the card is personal, and the exemption will be canceled in the event of misuse.
The card must be used on the electronic payment machine on the bus to benefit from the exemption
